Community Guidelines

Community Guidelines for Empowered Individuals, Coaches, and Organizations

1. Embrace Empathy and Respect

  • Heartfelt Welcome: We are a community of individuals, coaches and solopreneurs, each on a unique journey towards realizing our dreams.

  • Diverse and Respectful: Recognize the diversity in expertise and backgrounds. Treat everyone with the kindness and respect you would like to receive.

2. Foster Collaboration and Growth

  • Collaborative Spirit: Celebrate and encourage each member’s unique and valuable contributions.

  • Empowering Each Other: Engage in activities that support mutual learning and growth.

3. Communication and Interaction

  • Direct Conversations: For 1:1 discussions, especially for resolving issues, use direct messaging.

  • Guided Coaching: Seek coaching from designated mentors like Nick, Ryan, Laura,, Bec, and other Partners. Share insights gained with the group.

  • Advice and Coaching Policy: Avoid offering unsolicited advice in the group. For personal guidance, use direct messaging with consent.

4. Content and Contribution

  • Relevant Sharing: Ensure all contributions align with the 12 Journeys coaching, The Giants and the Smalls, Wake Up With Giants TV, and topics beneficial to the group. Irrelevant content will be moderated.

  • Promotional Content: Share promotional links or content only with prior permission. When in doubt, ask first. We also have the Tribe of Giants on Facebook for that type of post https://www.facebook.com/groups/tribeofgiants

  • Reporting and Resolving Issues: If disputes arise and can't be resolved privately, bring them to the attention of the group moderators.

5. Uphold the Giant’s Spirit

  • Aiming for the Highest Potential: Align your posts and interactions with the goal of reaching your highest potential.

  • Professional Guidance: For mental or business challenges, seek appropriate professional help. Our community offers support, not therapy or business consultation.

6. Respect Community Standards

  • No Spam or Offensive Content: Avoid political, religious (Spiritual views are allowed if they are shared as your views and not a push to others to hold the same beliefs), offensive, or irrelevant posts. Such content will be removed, and membership may be reconsidered.

  • Stepping Out of Comfort Zones: We encourage seeking out mentors and resources for personal growth. If the community's ethos doesn't align with your needs, we respect your choice to find a more suitable group.

7. Special Community-Specific Rules

  • Don't Be An Asshole: Respect the diverse cultures and beliefs of our members. Rude or negative behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Be Serving To The Community: Embrace a giving mindset – serve more than you sell. Share content that aligns with our values and benefits the community.

  • Dynamic Guidelines: These guidelines are subject to change to best serve our group's dynamics and needs. We aim to foster a supportive, informative, and respectful community for all members.
